Who Can Submit
The Science of Skin Summit invites E-Poster abstract submissions from professionals across dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and skincare innovation fields.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
To be considered, abstracts must be submitted as a Word document or PDF for review by the Planning Committee. Please use the following link to submit your poster by the deadline: August 1, 2025.
Abstract Requirements
Must focus on a single central theme and present essential data in a clear, visually engaging format.
Should be carefully proofread prior to submission to ensure accuracy.
Must use generic drug names only (no brand names).
Lead and secondary authors must fully disclose all financial relationships and any research funding sources.
ePoster Fee
A $750 fee applies to each approved ePoster. Once an abstract is accepted, an invoice will be issued. Payment must be received by September 1, 2025.
Acceptance & Final Submission
Authors will be notified of acceptance by August 8, 2025.
Approved authors will receive detailed upload instructions from the Summit team.
Final ePosters must be uploaded by August 22, 2025.
At least one author from each accepted abstract must register for the Summit and pay the ePoster fee by August 22, 2025.
Important Notes
ePosters will be displayed on touchscreen digital monitors throughout the conference space.
Abstract submissions do not include podium presentation opportunities.
