Science of Skin Summit 2025 E-Poster Information

Now Accepting E-Poster Submissions for SSS 2025!

Who Can Submit

The Science of Skin Summit invites E-Poster abstract submissions from professionals across dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and skincare innovation fields. Submissions fall into two categories depending on the nature of the content and funding source:

Industry/Non-CME (Fee-Based Submission)

This pathway is for abstracts supported, conducted, or sponsored by industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetic companies).

 THESE SUBMISSIONS:

  • May include company-affiliated authors or funding

  • Often present clinical trial data, product research, or observational studies

  • Require a $750 non-refundable fee per abstract upon acceptance

 EXAMPLES INCLUDE:

  • Industry-sponsored clinical trials

  • Investigator-initiated studies with industry funding

  • Product safety, efficacy, or user experience research

Education/CME (Complimentary Submission)

This pathway is intended for submissions developed independently of industry funding.

THESE SUBMISSIONS:

  • Must not be supported by pharmaceutical or device companies

  • Are educational and noncommercial in nature

  • Are eligible for complimentary submission with no associated fee

 EXAMPLES INCLUDE:

  • Resident or fellow research projects

  • Independent academic case studies

  • Clinical or translational research from universities or private practice

Important Deadlines

Final Abstract Submission Deadline: NEW! August 10, 2025

Abstract Acceptance Notification: August 8, 2025

Author Registration Deadline: August 22, 2025

E-Poster Payment Deadline (for Industry/Non-CME): September 1, 2025

Submission Process

All abstracts must be submitted via the official Science of Skin Summit E-Poster Abstract Submission Form. See button to submission form below.

Each abstract must be submitted using a separate form and include:

  • A single, focused theme with visually clear data

  • Full disclosure of financial relationships by all authors

  • Accurate and complete submission details by the August 1 deadline

We encourage E-Poster submissions that align with the core themes of the Science of Skin Summit—especially those that contribute to innovation, education, and emerging trends in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and skincare science. Suggested topic areas include:

Poster Upload Guidelines

Accepted abstracts will receive a confirmation email with an upload link. You will need to provide:

  • Lead author name and contact

  • Poster title and co-authors

  • Final PDF poster (1920 x 1080 pixels, landscape)

  • Optional: Supplementary images (Max file size: 10.6 MB)

E-Poster Display Information

E-Posters will be displayed digitally throughout the Summit, September 5–7, 2025. They will be available on touchscreen monitors in the meeting foyer and accessible via the mobile app, and will remain viewable online for at least 6 months after the event.

 KEY DETAILS:

  • There are no formal E-Poster presentation sessions

  • E-Posters will be viewable at attendee convenience

  • Authors are not required to be present, but are welcome to discuss E-Posters informally

  • At least one author from each approved E-Poster must register as an attendee (not as an exhibitor or sponsor) for SSS 2025 by August 22, 2025.

NEW FOR 2025! SSS is excited to announce a new opportunity: we are working to partner with a peer-reviewed journal to publish a special supplement featuring selected 2025 E-Posters.

On the 2025 SSS E-Poster Abstract Submission Form, you will have the option to indicate whether you would like your abstract(s) to be considered for inclusion in this publication—or to opt out of consideration entirely.
